Volunteer in an ELEPHANT CAMP with Thai family...

 After 6 years of working in a small family resort in Kanchanaburi,Thailand, we decided to open a volunteer program so that you can have the opportunity to help and learn to work with elephants in a nearby camp. It's also an opportunity for us to show you the real beauty and culture of our country. You will be staying with our family. The first 2 weeks from morning until afternoon you will be working and learning how to be a mahout (elephant trainer), you'll learn how to train and lookafter your elephant. We will take you to the local market regularly and you will experience Thai cooking in our own house kitchen! You will learn how to make real Thai food with us, and also pick up some Thai language. The next 2 weeks of this rare life experience will see you traveling with us from the north to south of Thailand, seeing Thailand through Thai eyes. This will give you an opportunity to see and learn things that usually Thais alone are privy to - things that most forigners never have the chance to experience. Our project focuses on the Thai culture and day-to-day living of a Thai family, and we are excited to share our experiences and knowledge with you. This is a truly unique program in which we are able accept a maximum of 3 persons per month.  We happily accept last minute bookings but advise you to book well in advance to ensure that we can accomodate you. The limited number of guests which we accept at any given time allows you to experience an unparalleled once in a lifetime opporutunity!
